On the day of arrival and departure, hunters pay for the actual food consumed. The indicated prices include the consumption of coffee and tea. Alcoholic drinks are charged extra.
Maximum accommodation capacity – 17 people
Hunting guide for one day – 60€;
Translator for one day – 70€;
Organization of a group hunt (race) – €100 per hunter per day.
The price includes vehicles, hounds, dogs and carriers in the necessary number and quantities for the successful conduct of the hunt.
Motor vehicle per day – 70€;
Hunting weapon for one day – 30€.
The price includes 5 pcs. cartridges, each additional fired cartridge is paid 3€ for 1 pc.).
Use of blood tracking dog for one day – 120€
Photo hunting - for one day with a guide - 70€;
Transfer (place of arrival - farm - place of departure) by car - 0.8€ per km., but not more than 400€;
The translator, foreign contractor or representative of the intermediary company accompanying the hunter/hunters pays BGN 90 for food and accommodation (not including alcohol consumption);
Companion pays full board rate. For children up to 7 years old, accompanying the hunters, there is no charge for accommodation and food. For children from 7 to 14 years, 50% of the price of accommodation and food is paid;
All additional services are paid according to agreement;
Additional conditions
1. A hunting request is considered confirmed when the requested services are prepaid in the amount of 50%, no later than 10 days after the written confirmation of the request by the farm. In the event that the advance payment is not received within the period specified in the previous sentence, the farm has the right to refuse the hunt;
2. Before starting the hunt, the hunter pays the price of the hunting permit, and if he is not a Bulgarian citizen, the price of the hunting ticket for foreigners;
3. The services provided (without vehicle and hunting guide) are paid according to the prior request, regardless of whether they are used or not;
4. The client cannot claim independent accommodation in the hunting lodge, unless he has paid in advance for the full capacity of the accommodation;
5. Red deer, fallow deer and roe deer trophies are paid based on weight measured 24 hours after they have been shot, cleaned and boiled. In cases where this deadline cannot be met, up to 5% for humidity is deducted from the weight of the trophy;
6. The hunting farm guarantees up to 15% accuracy when shooting the requested trophy /does not apply to wild boar/;
7. When the difference in the guaranteed accuracy is more than 15%, the hunter can refuse to acquire the trophy and accordingly does not pay for it;
8. After firing a shot, the hunting guide judges by the reaction and behavior of the animal and/or the presence of a blood trail, whether it is wounded or not;
9. When leaving the holding, in case the trophy is not in a condition that allows its weight to be measured, the hunter is obliged to pay half of its predetermined value;
10. The trophy and the evaluation protocol are received within one month from the date of the shooting, upon payment by the client;
11. The final payment, which includes additional payment for previously requested services, game shot, harvested hunting trophies and game meat, as well as additionally requested services specified in the price list, is made on the territory of the game breeding area, on the last day at the end of the hunting stay or by bank transfer within a period of 5 /five/ working days, counted from the date of issue of the invoice. A bilateral payment protocol is drawn up for the shooting fees and the value of the services used.
